Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
